Refund Policy for Virtual Dietitian Services
At Bullard Nutrition, we are committed to providing exceptional dietitian services tailored to meet your individual health and wellness needs. Understanding that circumstances can change, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.
Initial Consultation Refund:
Full refunds are available for the initial consultation fee if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
Package Plans:
If you have purchased a package plan, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for unused sessions are subject to a cancellation fee, which will be a percentage of the package cost. This is to cover administrative and planning costs incurred by the dietitian.
Refund requests for package plans must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Missed Appointments:
Missed appointments without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve your concerns, which may include offering a partial refund or an additional consultation at no extra cost.
Medical or Personal Emergencies:
In the case of a medical or personal emergency that prevents you from continuing with the service, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits for future services will be considered on a humanitarian basis.
Processing Time:
All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
