2. High-Risk Activity & Assumption of Risk
The User acknowledges that the sport of wrestling and the practice of "weight cutting" (rapid weight manipulation) involve inherent, significant, and potentially life-threatening risks, including but not limited to severe dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, heat illness, acute kidney injury, cardiac events, and death.
Voluntary Participation: The User acknowledges that they are voluntarily choosing to engage in weight management practices.
Assumption of Risk: The User knowingly and freely assumes ALL RISKS, both known and unknown, related to the implementation of strategies found in this Product. You accept that even "safer" or "optimized" weight-cutting strategies carry physiological risks.
3. Supplements, Medications & Interactions
The nutritional strategies and timelines outlined in the "Weigh-In Survival Guide" are designed strictly for healthy individuals who are not taking prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, or ergogenic aids/supplements.
Assumption of Baseline: The Creator has produced this content under the assumption that the User is free of any pharmaceutical or supplemental influence. The Creator does not know what substances you are consuming and cannot predict how they will interact with the hydration and nutrition protocols in this guide.
Interaction Warning: You understand that combining weight manipulation strategies (specifically dehydration or caloric restriction) with certain substances—including but not limited to diuretics, stimulants (caffeine/pre-workout), creatine, NSAIDs (ibuprofen), or prescription medications—may significantly increase the risk of acute kidney injury, cardiac arrhythmia, heat illness, and death.

6. Limitation of Liability & Release
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CREATOR AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
By using this Product, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Creator for any liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Creator or otherwise, including explicitly injury or death resulting from weight-cutting practices, supplement interactions, or misuse of the information provided.
